Richard has 26 years of experience working in the Adult Social Care Sector both as a front line practitioner for 12 years, a HR consultant for 8 years and most recently as the Deputy Head of Service for Hertfordshire County Council’s Health & Community Services Workforce Development team.
Richard has achieved great success in leading, managing and motivating teams, driving a culture of service excellence and value for money.
He has a strong business focus on delivering services with integrity and supporting his clients to achieve their goals.
He is an experienced coach, holds a degree in Human Resource Management and in addition to his role as the director of Insight Leadership he is an Associate member of the Institute of Public Care, The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Unique Training Solutions, and Premier Partnerships.
